What can you fit in a 20ft Shipping Container?

The 20ft Shipping Containers we use are brand new and are locally sourced within Brisbane. Each container has ventilation built in each corner and hard flooring installed to support a flat surface for ease of storing and accessing your personal belongings.

The dimensions of these containers have been converted to metres and detailed in the diagram provided. In total, the inside area of these containers can hold circa 13.87m2.

Examples of Household and/or Personal Items that can be stored in a 20ft container can include:

  • A 3-bedroom house (furniture, boxes, appliances).

  • A couch, queen-sized bed, dining table/chairs, fridge, washing machine, and numerous boxes.

  • 200 full-sized mattresses or 400 flat-screen TVs.

  • A small car can fit, depending on size.
